### What is payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks.

### Is there a discount for paying out-of-pocket?

### What if I don't have insurance?

We offer an in-house Dental Membership Plan with two cleanings per year, x-rays, exams, and 25% off most other services—with no deductibles or waiting periods.

### How often should I visit the dentist?

Most patients should come in every six months for cleanings and exams. If you're managing gum disease or other concerns, we may recommend more frequent visits.

### What happens at a routine visit?

Your visit includes a cleaning, oral exam, digital x-rays (if needed), gum health check, and oral cancer screening. We'll also review any treatment recommendations with you.

### Can kids and adults be seen at the same time?

Yes! We welcome families and can often coordinate visits for children and parents on the same day.

### Will insurance cover cosmetic dentistry?

Most cosmetic treatments aren’t covered, but if a procedure improves function or corrects damage (like a crown), partial coverage may apply.

### What counts as restorative treatment?

Restorative care includes fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and dental implants—all designed to restore strength and function.

### Are dental implants painful?

Most patients report minimal discomfort. We offer sedation options and use gentle techniques to keep you comfortable throughout treatment.

### How long do implants last?

With proper care, implants can last decades—often a lifetime.

### Will insurance cover implants?

Many PPO plans offer partial coverage for restorative work. We’ll help you understand your benefits and offer financing if needed.

### What sedation options do you offer?

We provide nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation—all administered safely by trained providers.

### Will I be fully asleep during sedation?

Not quite—you’ll enter a deeply relaxed, sleep-like state, but remain responsive to gentle cues. Most patients remember very little of the procedure.

### Is sedation safe?

Yes. We continuously monitor your vitals and tailor sedation to your needs. Our doctors are certified in moderate conscious sedation.

### I haven't been to the dentist in years. What should I expect?

No judgment here! We’ll start with a conversation about your goals and comfort level, then move at your pace. Many patients say they feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

### I have dental anxiety. Can you help?

Yes—we specialize in comfort-first care. In addition to sedation options, our team takes extra time to help you feel safe, supported, and informed.
